British Airways has always been in the business of connecting people and with the launch of our Business Opportunity Grants, more companies will benefit from the chance to connect with their business associates more often.
Our collaborative research with Harvard Business Review Analytic Services has proved that conducting business in person is of great importance.
The findings show that 89% of professionals think face-to-face meetings are essential for sealing the deal, while 95% said it’s the key to successful, long-term business relationships. It seems that no matter how far you need to travel, it’s well worth the effort.
And the grants are about more than just helping people get from one place to another. To help business travellers be more comfortable, responsive and productive, we’ve partnered with some great companies such as Regus, The Condederation of Indian Industry and The Confederation of British Industry.
Entry to the Business Opportunity Grants competition is now closed while the judging takes place. Winners will be notified by 19 February 2010.
